Meredith Cole - Massage Therapist

I graduated from Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts, Grand Rapids, MI in 2014. I am a licensed and certified massage therapist and have been practicing for over 6 years now. I specialize in prenatal, myofascial release techniques, sports massage, and massage. All my massages include some form of relaxation because it's so important to also address our nervous system to combat stress. I love being a massage therapist because I get to encourage the human body's ability to heal itself. I am very passionate about massage therapy and believe it’s one of the best ways to help heal the body. It is my purpose in life and I plan to do it for as long as I can.
